The space
This is a perfect place for travelers passing thru looking for a peaceful spot to recharge & relax. Couples love this place for their romantic getaway, and anyone looking for adventure in the West Elk Loop Range of the Rocky Mountains and the north Rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison & all its beautyy.
You’ll have your own private spacious suite w/separate entrance, 2 king size beds, flat screen streaming APPLE TV, luxurious bathroom w/spa tub, walk-in dbl head shower & double sink vanity.
Kitchen space provides everything you need for QUICK & EASY meals, including mini fridge, hot plate, large toaster air fry oven w/cookware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster & blender, as well as a bbq grill. Plates/bowls/glasses, utensils, condiments, indoor & outdoor eating spaces.
PLEASE NOTE:
Dishes can be washed inside or at the temporary sink/table outside on the patio. Guests are also welcome to utilize the main kitchen of the ranch for longer stays, otherwise the host can take care of the dishes after your departure.
PETS: Pet friendly with a one $50 per pet fee payable on or before your arrival.
We require that they be house broken and well behaved. Guests are required to clean up after their pets.
Animals must be in a kennel if left unattended in the suite. Please no pets on beds or other furniture.

You most likely will lose phone service/ gps as you get closer to the ranch. Please SCREEN SHOT step by step directions just in case this happens to ensure you arrive safely!
Hotchkiss (20 minute drive) is the closest grocery store. We like to remind everyone to stop and stock up in whatever you may need before making your way to the Ranch. Desperado Convenient/Liquor store & gas station in Crawford Co on Hwy 92 is a short 10-12 minute drive should you need something. At this time the private apartment suite has a utility sink located directly outside of the suite to wash pots/pans/dishes/etc. The unit includes a mini fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, and utensils.
NO oils in spa tub! Bath salts & bubbles ok for relaxation.
Your private apartment will include basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer.
