Positive: We really liked our stay at this apartment. The check-in process was excellent: everything was electronic, including the form, and on the day of arrival we received clear instructions on how to enter the apartment without needing to meet the host in person. We could arrive at any time, which was very convenient. We found everything easily, entered the code, all the doors opened without any problems, and we got our keys. It was very smooth and comfortable. The apartment itself was perfect for four people. There were two separate rooms, which was very convenient. The rooms were spacious, with enough space to put our things. The beds were very comfortable, especially the mattress, and there were blankets, lamps, and everything we needed. We also really appreciated the external blinds, which blocked the light completely. That was a real luxury. The balcony was also lovely. It faced a tree, so there was no one directly opposite us, which made the apartment feel more private and peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed: a coffee machine, kitchen utensils, a fridge, and even water waiting for us, which was very thoughtful. There was also a large bathroom, which was comfortable to use. The Wi-Fi was excellent: fast and stable. We had a small issue with the internet at first, but the host solved it very quickly, which we really appreciated. The check-out was also very easy. We simply left the keys in the small lockbox, and everything went smoothly. The location was also convenient for us. It is not in the very centre, but it is close to the metro and there is a Lidl nearby. This was very useful because we could buy food there and save some money during our stay. Overall, this was probably the best apartment we stayed in during our trip to Italy. Everything was comfortable, clean, practical, and very well organised.

Negative: Honestly, there was nothing important that we did not like. Everything was really good. The apartment is not in the very centre, but because it is close to the metro and Lidl, it was not a problem for us at all.
