Summary: The large apartment feels well used and need lots of small but essential improvements in order to meet the equivalent of basic hotel standards. Toilet downstairs is also a major problem, exceptionally inconvenient. The online support is very limited to almost unhelpful. Location wad great and bed and shower was good. It’s very strange not to have shampoo and shower gel provided separately.
