Summary: Room had aircon that didn’t cool the room below 24 degrees. Hotel staff were made aware and they just shrugged and said it was working. Hairdryer in room wasn’t working, took it to reception to get a new one and was handed the same one back. Hôtel asked if it was a special occasion prior to check in, said it was our honeymoon, Hôtel never mentioned anything. Room lovely but a lot of failings at this hotel
