The apartment is AIR-CONDITIONED, it has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathroom and the other with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, and from the living room you can access a large terrace with beautiful views.
In its surroundings there are restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.
The building has an elevator, SWIMMING POOLS AND A CHILDREN'S AREA, it has OPTIONAL PARKING (in another building €15 per day with prior notice)

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Towels supplement €4/person.
3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys delivery from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:30 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 4:30 p.m. may incur a surcharge.
Check out time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.
4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.
7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.
