Summary: I had room 101...room very clean and the check in process was easy...only issues were maintenance related. The elaborate showerhead broke but I was able to get just the shower head threaded onto the stem. Massage chair was very nice but did not recline...the mattress appeared to be brand new and was extremely comfortable. I will stay there again.
