MARMAC COTTAGE IS A SHORT ONE BLOCK WALK TO THE EAST OF LAKE LOVELAND, where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains.
Relaxation is what you will find at the Marmac Cottage. Each room is uniquely decorated including paintings hung on the wall by local artists that can be individually purchased. Located near Lake Loveland, this home offers every guest a unique Colorado experience.
There's plenty of space for your family escape or corporate gathering with the large living area featuring a sectional couch and flat screen TV. We have a beautiful space off the living room with great views where you can lounge and read a book or use the desk to complete your business needs.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee and Tea are supplied for those early morning goers.
Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high quality linens. Enjoy a king bed in the master room and queen beds in the two additional rooms.
Relax and unwind in the hammock hanging under the large oak trees. Enjoy a picnic in the backyard or at the nearby park with our supplied picnic blanket in a bag. Don't forget about our stunning backyard with a garden, fruit trees, patio chairs, BBQ Grill and patio table with umbrella. Feel free to eat fruit off of the trees if they are ripe and available during your stay. Every detail has been perfected to make this cottage a relaxing getaway!

Our cozy cottage is within walking distance to downtown Loveland. You can explore the multiple breweries, delicious restaurants and theatres. Big Thompson Brewery is within a few blocks and easy walk to avoid needing a vehicle and quick option for grabbing a local brew. Check out the Foundry Project that is bringing new and exciting enhancements to downtown.
Lake Loveland is a short walk down the back alley where you can enjoy a day of fishing, swimming, playing at the playground and much more! Boyd lake is a 5 minute drive and has a wide range of exciting lake activities. You can rent boats, paddleboards or visit the swim beach for a full day of Colorado activities.
Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15 minutes drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious made on site brews. You will find a thriving downtown with quaint shops, a wide variety of restaurants, local coffee shops and great concert venues such as the Aggie Theatre. Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.
