Upstairs offers a bright open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opening out onto a spacious deck with an outdoor dining setting, bbq and views of the clear blue lake and mountain ranges. On this level you will also find the master bedroom with king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and lake and mountain views. There is also a second bedroom with queen bed and a main bathroom with an oversize bathtub - perfect for a winter night and a glass of vino (or a lazy Sunday morning!).
Downstairs you will find a third bedroom, also with queen bed, and the fourth bedroom which has a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top). There is also a living room/tv room, third bathroom, laundry and another rear deck with sitting area and stairs leading down to the rear garden.
The entire house has quality finishes, with stainless steel appliances and granite bench tops in the kitchen, beautiful black and timber dining setting and a lovely black combustion fireplace in the lounge. The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a coffee machine, the perfect final ingredient in a successful holiday!
