Positive: The apartment is an apartment -complex, but in a great location. On the beach above the local restaurant where you can eat relatively cheaply. The apartment also has a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, suitable for longer stays. Unfortunately, through our own fault, we had to "alert" the owner twice because first we couldn't find the necessary solutions to manage the apartment's equipment, and then we almost locked ourselves out (despite being specifically asked not to do so, as it takes a long time for someone to get here).
Negative: The exterior of the building could use a renovation but this is not visible in the interior.
