Summary: Overall I had a good stay. Staff would give good customer service when I asked for things. Though some things shouldn’t have to be asked for. The pillows were very small and uncomfortable. They did however give me two extra when I requested them. Don’t drink the coffee unless you want to be on the toilet all day. The room had a couch which was great to see. But once I sat on it I realized it was just a waste of space. Very uncomfortable. The pull out bed, even worse. Luckily I was alone for the most part. There’s a large cushion in the window seat, use that, it’s more comfy.
