IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE - the outdoor furniture is now in the sheltered outdoor garage/entertaining space and not situated as per the listing photos.
This is a stunning and spacious lakeside home. You will really feel at home here. The property's main entrance is through the left-hand side door under the open garage/entertaining space.
As you enter the property you are greeted by beautiful design and light and airy decor. Immediately to your left is a dining area with chairs and bench seating.
KITCHEN
The beautifully renovated kitchen is bright and airy. It comes fully equipped ready for you to whip up your favourite snack or meal. There is salt, pepper, cooking oil, and coffee provided for you to use during your stay too.
LOUNGE AREA
This is a really relaxing space to spend time reading a book or watching your favorite movie. With a large sofa, fireplace, portable air conditioner, and high ceilings, this is a space you won't want to leave.
BATHROOM
Just off the kitchen, through a pocket door, you will find the bathroom with in-suite laundry. There is a bath with a shower over, a large vanity area, and plenty of storage.
BEDROOMS
The first bedroom can be found to your right just off the main entrance. There are patio doors to the front decked area (you'll need to lift the handle up to lock this door). Near the kitchen area there is a single over double bunk bed. Under the bunk is a trundle bed but bedding is not provided for this. If you wish to use, please bring your own bedding. Downstairs in the basement you will find the master suite. A large king sized bed dressed in hotel quality linens awaits you.
OUTSIDE
Out the back is a lovely decked area with BBQ and firepit. Please bring your own wood for the firepit (although there is a wood pile, please do not use - see house rules for more information). There are chairs in the shelter that you can use around the firepit. The front of the property has a lovely lake view decked area, and a sheltered entertaining space where you will find the outdoor table, chairs, kitchen area, and lounge seating.
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs.
