Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Such a special hotel in a beautiful setting, with the river and Japanese garden. The staff were so kind and accommodating, and spoke very good English. The room was spacious, very clean and well equipped with the nicest pyjamas. We had the tasting menu in the restaurant which they kindly adapted to a vegetarian version. Overall very good service and so nice to stay in such a beautiful hotel! Highly recommend.

Negative: We would have loved to buy a set of the pyjamas!
