Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The suite was nice and the view was excellent. The bed was comfy and the AC worked well and kept me comfortable. The area was really nice and it's within walking distance of the Venice Grand Canal Mall and its just a 20 minute drive from BGC.

Negative: The TV had some issues with the screen and seemingly had trouble staying connected to the wifi. It seems like the TV needs repairing or replacing in my opinion. The staff sometimes would say that the pools closed at 8pm when everywhere else says that it closes at 10pm they also provided no reason for this and didn't close the pools until 10pm anyway. The pools also were not very clean and were not very taken care of as there was loose tile that stabbed my fiancée on the foot in one of the pools.

Summary: Good but some issues and could be better
