3 Bedroom House in Bolivar

Mountain retreat with a trout stream, woods, and brick patio with fire pit.

Have coffee on the bench swing out back as the sun rises.

Fishing the creek and walking in the woods are favorite activities.

No close neighbors but within driving distance of historic Ligonier, Seven Springs and Hidden Valley ski resorts, IUP at Indiana, PA, and Ohiopyle.

The space
House is rustic with comfortable beds, spa-like master bath, and open living area with beautiful view of the creek valley.

Rooms are bright and sunny with hardwood floors.

Bedrooms are carpeted and quiet.

House is built up the side of the ridge so driveway is long, climbing with a couple of turns.

Brick Steps from lower parking by the shed and entry through the garage and basement.

Upper parking by the patio brings you to the front door, but may require 4 wheel drive as the last driveway segment is a bit steep.

Absolutely no parking when snow or iced over! We park at the bottom and walk up. (Price for a mountainside retreat).

Best parking is on the middle parking level in front of garage.

Backing in and up is recommended.

Summary: The whole experience was amazing. The location was perfect, beautiful wooded area. Close enough to shops if you need, but far enough away to not have any unwanted noise from close proximity.
