Summary: The room was somewhat clean but we were met by bugs in the bathroom when we first arrived. The remote to the TV is missing the back and only works when it wants to. The pillows are terrible, they are flat almost like airline pillows. The AC took most of the night to catch up and cool off the room. The credit card machine didn't work and so I needed to pay cash and then found out the next morning that I have two pending charges to my credit card. Not a great experience. The clerk tried as hard as she could so I appreciated that. The maid was smiling and chcheerfuand that was nice. But otherwise it definitely wasn't a great experience. They want 25 cents for a bucket of ice which almost seems silly. I would stay again but knowing full well what to expect. I'll bring bug spray and my own pillow and a bag of ice. Also the photograph on the hotels.com website shows there's a continental breakfast but they don't have any such thing at the hotel so it's false advertising. Luckily there's restaurants nearby.
