Positive: The location was great and there was plenty of space in the apartment.
Negative: It was pretty run down and needed some work done to it. The showers were like garden hoses rather than showers, the air conditioning units were like freight trains when in use, and most of the windows were damaged and unable to be closed properly and there was a large gap around one air conditioning unit in the main bedroom which was like having a huge hole in the wall.
