Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very central location close to Bayswater tube and quite close to Paddington mainline station, also the area was quite quiet and there were shops and restaurants nearby. Although we didn't use the kitchenette the fridge was very useful considering the heat. The hot water and shower pressure was very good. The size of the room and bathroom was generous. There was a working elevator in the building we stayed in, which was a great help with luggage.

Negative: The air conditioning it was old and was not working at all. There was 2 small fans next to the bed but they couldn't handle the heat of july. Although the description said there was a washing machine next to the kitchenette, there wasn't one. The cleanliness left something to be desired, it wasn't very well done everywhere, there was dust in many places.
