Relax in our vintage 2 bedroom first floor apartment. Convenient location minutes from the airport and close to downtown. Take advantage of a local grocer nearby and our kitchen for meal prep or enjoy a nearby restaurant. Spacious living room and dining room with games, books, WiFi, and smartTV to relax and unwind.

The Space:
Our home is a vintage 1920's house, it has not been remodeled or updated, you can expect a decent quality furniture and a very fast internet speed perfect for streaming services. Our guests love the centric location and the vintage touch makes them feel right at home.

First story front and back patios and first floor apartment is all for you.
The Neighborhood:
Take a short walk east of the property for a Des Moines secret: the Southside Sculpture Park. There is also the better-known Des Moines sculpture park a quick drive downtown.
Try Skips, the Angry Goldfish, Old West or Tumea & Sons for a delicious local bite.
The local neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
Getting Around:
The local Dart bus has a stop just a few minutes walk away. Uber and Lyft is readily available and inexpensive.

The kitchen is an admittedly awkward shape/space. It does have all the typical appliances, etc for basic meal prep but it may be a difficult space to have multiple people trying to work in at once.
