This updated villa has everything you could possibly want. With its 180 degree wrap around private deck you can enjoy views of the sea, pool, and our gardens. The kitchen has been remodeled and has all essential cooking equipment and utensils. For evenings spent indoors, we have a large TV with cable.

We are situated directly on the Caribbean Sea on the Placencia Peninsula on the edge of the tiny Village of Siene Bight. A 15 minute golf cart drive places you in Placencia Village on the southeastern coast of Belize, a popular holiday destination for North American expats and tourists.
The Placencia village, the worlds smallest Mainstreet called "the sidewalk" is located on the southern tip of the 16-mile long narrow Placencia Peninsula, a relaxed “barefoot friendly” community that bills itself as the caye (island).
There are tour guides that can pick you up in a boat right from the property! Other options are taxis, you could rent a golf cart, a car or use our complementary bikes to zip around the peninsula.
