You're a minute drive to Costco and 5 minutes to Lougheed Town Center. Simon Fraser University is less than 10 minutes away and Burnaby Lake is only 5 minutes away. You're surrounded by lush greenery and an immaculate landscaped backyard.
The Space:
The suite is beautifully furnished with new appliances and new furniture. The bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed and the living room with a sofa bed that converts to a double sized bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and baking needs. Groceries are only a minute away at Costco or 5 minutes to Lougheed Town Center. To access your suite, guests will pass a gate and access the door through the back walking through an immaculate landscaped backyard.
Guests will have access to the yard and a private seating area situated by a small creek.
