Summary: I did not get any heads up about the check in process......no humans. Also the front lobby/bar/first floor is under renovations, so it is in the door and to your room. There are some parking garages not too far away. Only 3 hour parking on the streets 7 am to 5 pm or something like that. My room did not have a TV. Bed was comfortable. Guessing once they get their act together it will be nice. There was another $50+ dollar of fees collected by the hotel that was not part of hotels.com so their price on the website vs what I paid felt very much like bait and switch, as I had realized in total it would be that much I would have stayed at a nicer hotel........oh well. FYI - there is fair amount of street noise if you are a light sleeper.
