Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The apartment is bright, warm, spacious and very comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a long term stay. We extended our stay to 6 weeks, we felt completely at home! It is positioned on the ground floor. It would be advisable to rent a car to get around if you are staying in this area but there is a bus stop about 600m from the apartment and it is easy to make use of taxis too. There are 2 grocery stores, a bakery, restuarant and cafe within 150m of the apartment. A bigger Plodine and Tommy are within 500m of the apartment.

Negative: You can hear the neighbours above moving around but that is to be expected in apartment buildings. As the apartment is on ground level, you may want to draw the blinds for extra privacy but we left the windows open most of the day. To get to the beach, if you want to walk, there is a pathway down. We didn't try it out but the locals use it daily. It looks a bit steep and has some loose gravel at the beginning of the path, so I would suggest good shoes and taking it slowly until you are used to it.
