What our guests love about our listing:

- The home has a step down into the back room.
- It is an older home with some quirks but has been newly renovated.

Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen air mattress that can be set up in the spacious living area.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Roku TV, tea, and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with crock pot, glasses, mugs, dishes, and silverware.

We understand that a cleaning fee isn't always easy to justify for short stays. We do commit to paying our turnover team a living wage. Per our commitment to Airbnb to follow enhanced cleaning procedures, we feel this fee is appropriate and necessary.

The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
