Summary: Individually the employees provide good customer service. But the way resort is set up, there is only two or three bars open at a time and they rotate the crowd from bar to bar. Pool closes at 7 PM inconvenient. Breakfast is done by 10:30 and you will not be able to eat until lunch at 12 PM. The non reservation restaurants do not let you eat if you show up after 7:30 PM. The reservations for restaurants are more competitive than a shoe drop. Make sure you wake up at 7 AM to reserve your restaurant. The restaurants also close on certain days of the week. So if you get unlucky with reservation you might miss restaurant completely. Game Room closed earlier than advertised. The agenda on the app was fake there was no billiards competition. Sensai restaurant was best part. Even nightclub closed at 1 AM most days. Last place open is a sports bar.
