Located on the oceanside of Coastal Highway in prestigious North Bethany, this community offers oceanfront and oceanside single and multilevel vacation homes with easy access to a private beach. Soak up the sunshine or enjoy the shade in the outdoor living space. Conveniently located to downtown Bethany Beach where you can stroll on the boardwalk or enjoy dining and shopping. No Pets Please unless otherwise noted.
This multilevel beach home had a major renovation fall/winter of 2017 & 2018 and has a new kitchen, updated bathrooms, new siding, new flooring and paint as well as some new furniture. Offers 5 bedrooms, two of which are primary suites, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living area, family room, a 12' x 20' screened porch, 2 outside showers and 2 rooftop decks. A 200' distance to the private beach past four other houses and HVAC control systems independently in every room of the house are just a few of the many features. Owner has a crib in bedroom #4.
