Positive: clean
Negative: when we arrived, we were told they changed our room for one that would've been 3x more expensive and we had to persuade them to change it back. when we got our correct room, they told us we need to pay $10 fee (tax supposedly) that was not listed on the booking. the electricity went out twice during our stay (but was quickly turned back on). the blankets were not very comfortable.
