Fully furnished 2 bedroom single bath basement level walkout apartment overlooking golden pastures down to Pomona Lake. From every window, you can see the beautiful views of Pomona Lake and the wild sunflower fields that lead you to the waters. The main bedroom is a queen suite with all the comforts of home. The second bedroom is two twin beds with comfy lounging beanbag chairs. Large living room with WiFi TV, pool table for those nights in, and a very relaxing couch. Large restroom with two-person sliding glassdoor shower. In the mid-summer, the wild sunflowers fill the fields around the property with beautiful yellow flowers. Paths are mowed all throughout the property leading you on a nature hike that is over a mile long. We also offer the optional use of kayaks, standup paddleboards, and paddleboat for rent. This is the walkout basement part of our home. We live above and we each have our own entrance and completely private from each other.
