Summary: This is a new hotel with good location, near Tsim Sha Tsui and and Mongkok. Short walk to the MTR. The staff that helped us to check in was very professional and service minded. Unfortunately, the girl at front desk in the evening do not know service at all. Rude and impolite. I don’t think she like the job.
