Positive: The service was very good, and the palace was amazing. You can feel the past splendour and the authenticity of the building. All the staff were very proud of it, but unfortunately, the actual situation of the building doesn't reflect its real potential.
Negative: The building needs refurbishment: sometimes, you feel like you're sleeping in an abandoned property. The experience was very positive for us, romantic in a way, but I can understand that this is not for everyone and not up to the hospitality standards of a property like this.
