Summary: "I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was extremely disappointing. Despite the hotel's beautiful atmosphere, the staff were unfriendly, nasty, and even racist. They were not welcoming or kind, which made our stay unpleasant. If you're looking for a place with good customer service, I wouldn't recommend this hotel."
