Only 10 Minutes to Ellijay on all Paved Roads! Several Apple Orchards and Wineries are just down the road.
You enter the home in the dining area which has seating for 6 and opens into the well appointed kitchen. New stainless steel appliances are ready for you to cook up a meal for the whole family, stop by Walmart and pickup groceries or if you don't feel like driving, you're in luck Walmart Delivers!!
Just around the corner you will find the first of 2 living rooms, with 2 new power reclining leather sofas & a new 65" 4k Smart TV with Roku! Off the main living room you can access the covered and screened porch with outdoor dining or sit and enjoy the view on the covered front porch. Up the stairs from the living room you will find one of 3 bedrooms, an open loft with a new Queen Bed and a new Twin Bed. Also located in the loft is a large 3/4 Bath.
Back on the main level and just down the hall from the dining area you will find a bathroom with Jetted Jacuzzi tub and a Large Bedroom with a new King Bed.
Downstairs you will find another living/game room with another Smart TV, Foosball and Games! Just around the corner is the the largest bedroom of all and perfect for a family with young kids. The bedroom has a King Bed, an alcove with matching Twin Beds, not bunk beds and also an En Suite bath with combination Tub Shower and Brand new Samsung Washer and Dryer Laundry.
Outside the beauty continues as new steps have been constructed up to the firepit area, outfitted with Acacia wood Adirondack chairs. Back down the steps you will find the partially covered hot tub and Edison lights. A small stream flows near the bottom of the property.
This is a pet friendly property. The sleeping loft (Bedroom 3) is located up a set of stairs and is partially open to the living room, there is a half wall not a full private bedroom.
If you're lucky enough to be in the North Georgia mountains you are lucky enough, but sitting on the porch enjoying the beauty of the tall oak trees makes this place so special! This cabin is central to so many Activities in the North Georgia Mountains and just 15 minutes from downtown Ellijay & less than 30 Minutes to Downtown Blue Ridge!
