Summary: The staff were helpful, friendly and polite and the facilities on site were good. It was also in a good location within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and the seafront. The supermarket on site was also convenient and well stocked. Our apartment was in a quiet part of the compex, but it was not the cleanest and it was cold. It was winter and raining, but the two air conditioners didn't warm it sufficiently. An example of cleanliness is the cupboard doors in the kitchen were sticky, also lots of cobwebs behind the bedroom door. The apartment was also infested everywhere with ants, so had to buy ant killer. Other apartments may be better, but ours was not great. We weren't asked about our stay on check out, so we didn't offer feedback.
