Positive: Balcony is great, AC worked well, and Katerina was terrific. Walkable to most things you need. Great value for the money.

Negative: It's about a ten minute walk to the beach straight downhill, and about the same to town for most restaurants. Only an issue on the way back up in the heat, and for someone with limited mobility.
