The apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. One bedroom can be locked off completely and includes a kitchen and dining area.
The condo is called Palais Tulum and it is located at the corner of Coba Avenida and Calle Labna. In Palais you will find brand new amenities such as a fully equipped fitness center and 24h reception.
THE SPACE:
This apartment is equipped with the following amenities:
- PRIVATE ROOFTOP TERRACE WITH POOL: The apartment has a fantastic private rooftop terrace with pool. This will be your own piece of paradise right within your own home. The pool is maintained by our maintenance team regularly.
- MASTER BEDROOM: A beautiful master bedroom with super comfortable bedding and an ensuite bathroom. The living room area is directly connected to the master bedroom. In fact the master bedroom can be locked off completely and operated as an independent studio with its own living room and kitchen and dining area.
- FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Right by the master bedroom you will have access to a modern and spacious kitchen with a dining area. All appliances and kitchen essentials are provided for you upon arrival. You will be fully equipped to cook at home if that is something you enjoy. We can also provide recommendations of chefs at home if you are interested.
- GUEST BEDROOM: The guest bedroom is equipped with two double beds (i.e. two matrimonial beds) which can sleep two people each or four people in total. The guest bedroom can also be operated as an independent room with its own private bathroom attached. All amenities and furniture are brand new and plenty of storage space is available.
