Our apartment is located in a modern condominium with a prime location in Houston.
We are just a 3-minute walk from the Texas Medical Center.
In our apartment we have very fast wifi and work space, but also a swimming pool in the condominium for you to relax.
And, of course, we have a covered parking space and a lot of tranquility in a special environment.
THE SPACE
Our apartment has a comfortable, bright bedroom, large bathroom, living room with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher), appropriate work space and a small balcony for you to rest.
GUEST ACCESS
Access to the condominium is given by an access code to the entrance gate and to the apartment through a lockbox. Complete security for your stay.
Other things to note
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
On the other hand, we have a sofa bed where two other people can sleep comfortably, increasing the capacity of guests in our unit from 2 to 4.
