Summary: Set in a beautiful landscape in the countryside, high quality and tastefully furnished, perfect equipped apartments, and, most of all, incredible staff: Angela served delicious (highly individualized) breakfast in a beautiful breakfast room. Angela, Cissa, and Nicole (as well as everyone doing written communication) was incredibly friendly, competent, helpful, and all around delightful. I want to return soon. Pico do Refugio is also ideally located, right in the middle of the island, no matter what destination. The garden is beautiful, the pool super clean. One can't ask for more!
