Positive: Located within the old village with its own parking space, easy access to the Cleveland Way and local walks as well as the village amenities, cafes, pubs etc. The lovely cottage style property and the owners had thought of everything to make the stay easy, well appointed , everything you needed for the stay and lots of information in the guide to the property about local services etc. The bedrooms were of hotel quality, lovely thick carpet and quality bedding .

Negative: Shame the hot water was’nt instantly available, immersion heater system .

Summary: Characteristic village location in well appointed property, great for exploring the Yorkshire coastal area
