Just completely renovated, updated and newly furnished to provide guests the highest level of luxury and comfort. This villa was updated in a beach type theme that provides a very relaxing atmosphere with all the newest appliances and electronics. The large master suite has a new king size bed that will ensure restful nights along with a large walk-in closet with a beautiful updated master bathroom and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers an area for your guests with their own, newly updated bathroom. If you like to cook, our kitchen has all new appliances and accessories to help you make that great meal! A laundry closet in the back lanai, is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The condo is fully equipped with HD TV's in the living room, master suite, and guest bedroom and will sleep four people. The bed mix is a King, and Queen. The unit has free wi-fi high speed internet and cable TV with a large selection of Xfinity stations. Walk out the back door to the swimming pool, or travel a short distance to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva island for the most relaxing get away. Beach towels are also provided with the rental.
