Travel Purpose: leisure
Negative: The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. Communication was poor. They didn't send any check-in-related information until we arrived. There is no reception at the facility, so you have to ask people around you to find out where to collect the keys. When you arrive to that location, the staff don't know much about your booking, so they have to find out who to call. When they finally did, they sent us instructions to our email for checking in, asking us to walk to another location to pick up the keys. No one wants to spend 25 minutes solving a puzzle to find out how to get the keys to their room. In the mean time, there is nowhere to park and you need to sort out the parking problem until you get into the facility.
