Please note that all standards rooms, all superior rooms and some of the special suites are located in an annex building named "vila do ouro ". this annex building is located in front of the reception building, guests must specify the desired bed configuration to the hotel, prior the arrival, the parking facility, with entrance on fresca street, has limited spaces that are subject to availability, according to the brazilian federal law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. if the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, all minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid id with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. this must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents, when staying with the parents, a child under 6 years of age can be accommodated for free in a suite. in that case, a valid id for the child needs to be presented at the check-in, otherwise an extra bed charge will be applied, please note that suites may vary in size and décor, guests who wish to check-out before their reservation check-out will be charged for the total amount of the reservation, baby cots can be arranged upon request and availability, it is requested via the booking message tab in advance and at check-in, entrance by van/microbus and bus:, for entry of these vehicles, we ask that the carrier contact the pousada at least 10 days before check-in to request the ticket that must be paid by the carrier to issue the entry password, the property features a charging station for electric vehicles, extra fees may apply. please note that the voltage is 7.4kwplease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Positive: Plenty of charm. Pool, sauna, steam, spa. Lovely internal surroundings.
Negative: My only recommendation would be to attach a sensory to the entry gate verses waiting to be buzzed in. Also, only the main staff spoke English or Spanish. Communication was a constant issue.
