Live like a local in this lovely 2-bedroom private pool home located in Clearwater and near our area's most beautiful beaches. The home is in a well-maintained area with a short drive to local shops and stores. This 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home can sleep up to 5 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, laundry room, large screened-in pool area with dining set, sun loungers, resort-style sitting area, fire feature, ceiling fan, and TV. Just beyond the screened-in outdoor area is a nice grassy yard and a waterway that stems from Old Tampa Bay with a dock with Adirondack chairs to sit and take in the lovely Florida weather. Belleair Beach and Clearwater beaches are a short drive from this home. More to your Southwest is the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach- you can park at the public beach access at 25th Avenue across from Guppy's on the Beach. The access is a paid parking lot with showers and restrooms.
Kitchen: Spacious and fully equipped with all major appliances, quality cookware, pots and pans, a slice toaster, Keurig coffee maker, 2 stools at the breakfast bar, and overlooks the screened-in pool area as well as a serve-through window for convenience. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: A cozy area with 6 top dining tables and waterway views from the window.
Living Room: Located at the front of the home with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, ceiling fan, and large TV.
Sitting Room: Just off the kitchen there is a sofa, accent chair, built-in bookshelves, TV, desk with a lamp for remote working, and a sliding door that leads to the outdoor screened-in pool area.
Bedroom #1: Has a King bed, ceiling fan, TV, plenty of closet space, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Single vanity sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Has a Queen bed, a twin bed, double closets, and a TV.
Bathroom #2: Large vanity with sink, toilet, shower with tub combination
Laundry Room: High-efficiency washer and dryer, laundry basket, and brooms
Outdoor Oasis: Fully screened-in area with heated pool, resort-style sitting area, ceiling fan, TV, fire feature, dining table, and sun loungers all overlooking the waterway with dock and Adirondack chairs. There's also a nice green space with grass between the screened-in pool area and the seawall.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Parking: This property provides 3 parking spaces in the driveway. No parking in the street or grass.

Belleair Beach and Clearwater beaches are around a twenty-minute drive from this home. More to your Southwest is the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach- you can park at the public beach access at 25th Avenue across from Guppy's on the Beach. The access is a paid parking lot with showers and restrooms. The surrounding local area has some great day trips such as the Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan 1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, and Children's Museums. Enjoy a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field and catch a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa. Check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training. Disney World and Downtown Disney are just two hours away!
