If you are looking for a warm, welcoming, and calm longer-term stay in east Vancouver, let me welcome you to my home. You will enjoy a second-storey bedroom with a queen size bed, your own small cozy sitting room, and 3-piece bath. The home has a spacious and fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove. Also included are a washer/dryer and full access to a large back patio with a wonderful view of the north shore mountains. This 2-storey house is occupied by a single female in their 50s and small dog who live a quiet, cheerful life and who welcomes those with a similar disposition.
Easy access to parks, groceries, and a short distance to the famous Commercial Drive where there are endless cafes and restaurants to choose from.
Note that I am currently in the process of moving in, and that the photos are from the previous occupants so the furniture will be different. New images will be posted by the end of March.
Please be aware that there is no smoking permitted anywhere on the property, and that because I sleep next to the kitchen, guests are asked not to use the kitchen between 10pm and 6am.
