Summary: Upon arrival the hotel had no record of my booking. Staff was courteous and helped sort the matter out, but it took about an hour and multiple calls to multiple people. Breakfast had very limited options. I came down around 9am, there was 1 single sausage link and some very dried eggs. Stale bagels and bread, 3 single pastries. Milk was warm. Went back to my room and came back down a short while later, but there was absolutely no change to the breakfast, all the same items, quantities, and quality as earlier.
