Make memories at our private lake home on 4.55 acres. Approx. 140' frontage on Upper Spunk which is highly desirable for its fishing and recreational use. Located 25 minutes West of St. Cloud and just over 1 hour NW of Minneapolis. This home is on a flat lot and has incredible views of the waterfront. The home has recently been updated. Enjoy views of the lake from 2 decks and views of the wooded lot from the backside deck. There are three queen beds in two bedrooms on the upper level and 1 large bedroom on the lower level which has a walk out to one of the decks. Popular Lake Wobegan paved trail nearby.
