Positive: I had a very pleasant stay at The Reef House Hotel in Marsa Alam. What truly made the difference was the staff! Always kind, available, and genuinely helpful. They supported me not only in organizing my daily activities, but also went the extra mile by assisting me in obtaining a refund after an excursion didn’t go as planned. This level of care is something you don’t find everywhere. A special thanks to Ali, Marcelo, and Budi for their hospitality and constant support. In particular, Budi was incredibly attentive! after I had already checked out, I accidentally left my phone in the room, and he immediately contacted me to make sure I got it back. Highly recommended for both the atmosphere and the outstanding service!
