Positive: We booked this place because we were attending a wedding close to the location. The best part about the villa is the view from the terrace where you can see the entire coast (we got the yellow room).

Negative: The place is beautiful but really needs a renovation and a good clean. Especially bathroom. It is not even the renovation part but just a proper scrub. Black mold stains in the ceiling there and tile grout, the ventilation crate is all covered in dust. AC was working but barely cooling anything. Probably needs a clean too (we had a good fan available though which helped). The pool area really needs help. The bottom of the pool (the tarp) has a lot of holes. Sun-beds also broken with holes in it. The tiles around the pool covered in dust and mud all the time.
