Checking In Made Easy: At check-in, please present a valid photo ID that matches the registered guest’s name. A credit card will also be required to cover any potential incidental charges or damages. Resort fees, if applicable, are payable directly to the resort.
Main Guest: Within 24 hours of your booking acceptance, please provide the name of the main guest. If not received in time, we’ll use the name from your booking platform. Please note: once issued, we can’t change the Guest Certificate.
No Refunds, No Worries: Just a heads up, after accepting your booking, we cannot issue refunds or credits. We appreciate your understanding!
Age Policy: The main guest needs to be at least 21 years old to register at our resort.
Stay Your Way: Our standard rentals run from Fri-Fri, Sat-Sat, or Sun-Sun. Looking for something a bit longer? We might have options, though rates could be higher for extended stays.
