This spacious studio suite is ideal, with fully stocked gourmet kitchen and 1 ½ baths. You have a private entrance, kitchen, baths and your own covered porch with fenced yard. The year-round hot tub is steps from your door. Your suite is beautifully decorated in the Old World Italian Tuscan style with queen size mattress, queen air bed and twin size roll-a-way bed.
Easy river access, exclusive use of the enclosed hot tub and the 2 outdoor fire pits are at your disposal. When prearranged, your well behaved, housebroken, non-aggressive pets are welcome. Please ask about our pet policy.
Onsite owners will ensure your privacy and are available for assistance or to answer questions. The suite is attached to the owners home with a common wall like a duplex, but the only thing that is shared is the parking area. The suite is fully self-contained and separate from the owner's home.
