This river getaway is located directly on the Tennessee river with water access April-October. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this location is great for many types of travelers to come relax and getaway. Located 15 minutes from the nearest city so distractions of busy life will be long gone. Mosquito preventative is applied year round, no need to worry about these pests while enjoying the beautiful outdoors on the TN river.

Summary: We had a few light bulbs out when we got in and found a live wasps nest on the dock but they were very quick to respond and resolve the issues … the house is beautiful and very spacious!! The driveway is very steep but we were able to use the garage and there was enough room to park at the top of the driveway as well. The kids loved the downstairs “game room” the pool table and the Pac-Man game were a huge hit!! The beds were so comfortable I miss them already!! The only true downside and hopefully suggestions to the owners.. the ladders to get out of the water at the dock are all missing the bottom steps which made it very hard to use and a board when you first step onto the dock needs to be fixed Other then that the property was very nice the yard was huge , right on the water and Walmart is only 15 mins away!!
