Summary: It's a very simple, nice and charming hotel. Feels like coming home to an italian home. So friendly , U felt welcome. Small breakfast but enough to start ur day with. It's possible to have dinner here too. I tried 3 times, u have 2 choises in both starter and dinner, included with water and a glass of wine and coffee afterwards . Clean in every places. For summer guests its very near the beach. Buses stop outside for going into Pisa. I had an very pleasant stay.
